Elizabeth has extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of property law, ranging from the purchase and sale of real estate (residential, commercial and strata) to option matters.

Having acted for individuals and developers, Elizabeth possesses vast transactional experience in a broad range of property related work as well as matters of a general legal nature.

Elizabeth has also been extensively involved in the preparation and certification of mortgages in acting for a number of financial institutions, as an approved panel solicitor, and is the preferred solicitor for various mortgage originators.

• Graduate Certificate in Continuing Legal Practice
• Solicitor of Supreme Court of New South Wales and High Court of Australia
• Solicitor Member of The Law Society of New South Wales
